The Walking Dead Season 8 Spoilers: Counting down the days. Somehow, it feels like Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Negan just showed up on The Walking Dead to make life as miserable as possible for Rick and the rest of the non-Savior survivors.
But that’s not 100% true actually! Things are still looking pretty bleak for Rick Grimes and his crew at the moment and it seems that there’s no end in sight for their suffering…… as The Walking Dead is set for its eighth season.
We’ve gone through the entirety of Season 7 already, and our focus has now turned to the show’s future and how topsy-turvy things will get in Season 8.

The Walking Dead Season 8 Spoilers
That said, fans of the series are expecting that “The Walking Dead” season 8 will have to make up for the shortcomings of the previous season. As “The Walking Dead” spoilers reveal, the series will take a sharp turn into planet topsy-turvy. Alliances will be broken, new rivalries formed and several characters are reportedly on the death line-up.
This looks like we can expect the Hilltop and Alexandria to team up for sure!
Talking about Glenn, he’s possible return have been widely talked about after the pilot episode. Albeit its high level of impossibility, fans were still toying with the idea that Glenn might return in “TWD” season 8 to get revenge on Negan and reveal the identities of several characters who have been traitors all along. However, it will be Glenn’s twin brother who will be taking vengeance into his own hands. We are so desperately waiting!
Also, the first official photo released by AMC brought TWD fans’ favorite ship back together.
Carol and Daryl in fighting form — what more could you ask for?
With nearly 20 series regulars on the field of play, the eighth season will feature Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Norman Reedus (Daryl), Lauren Cohan (Maggie), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Melissa McBride (Carol), Ross Marquand (Aaron), Katelyn Nacon (whose ‘Enid’ just got bumped up to series regular) and a slew of others. Don’t expect the cast list to be quite so long for season 9.
Given that Season 7 ended with a battle between the Saviors and Rick and his allies — including Ezekiel and his Kingdom cohorts and the good people of the Hilltop (plus Gregory) — it’s a safe bet that some, or all, of Season 8 will revolve around the storyline known as “All Out War” in The Walking Dead comics. The two-volume collection of comics (volumes 20 and 21, issues 115-126) finds Rick, the Kingdom, and the Hilltop attacking Negan and the Saviors at the Sanctuary, where they trap Lucille’s owner. But things take a bad, bad turn when Rick and company go after the Saviors’ other outposts, allowing Negan to plan his own attack on Alexandria.
